How We Process and Ship Orders
At Kernadi Fabrics, every order is reviewed and packed with care to help ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience. We aim to maintain clear communication, accurate dispatch handling, and careful packaging for fabric orders placed through our website.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation. Once processed, ready orders are generally dispatched within 2–4 business days, subject to product availability, order volume, public holidays, and serviceability of the delivery location.
Estimated delivery timelines are usually 3–7 business days for major serviceable locations in India after dispatch, while some remote or non-metro areas may require additional transit time. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by courier operations, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Coverage and Customer Responsibilities
We currently ship to serviceable locations based on our logistics partners’ coverage. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including recipient name, phone number, postal code, and any landmark details required for successful delivery. Kernadi Fabrics will not be responsible for delays, re-routing issues, or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect address information. Delays, Damaged Shipments, and Support
While we work to dispatch orders promptly, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier disruptions, weather events, operational constraints, high seasonal demand, or other unforeseen factors. If your shipment arrives visibly damaged, tampered with, or in poor condition, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photos of the package and product so our team can review the issue.
