• Returns are considered only for items received in a damaged condition, with a verified manufacturing defect, or if the wrong product was delivered.

• Return requests should include the order number, a clear description of the issue, and supporting photos of the product and packaging.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition in which they were delivered.

Non-returnable items

• Fabric cut, measured, or prepared specifically for your order
• Custom orders, special sourcing requests, and clearance items
• Products returned after use, washing, stitching, alteration, or damage caused after delivery
• Minor variation in color, weave, texture, or finish that may occur due to screen settings or the nature of textile production

Customer responsibilities

• Please review product details carefully before placing an order.
• Inspect your package promptly on delivery.
• Keep original packaging until your order has been checked.
• Provide accurate shipping and contact information to avoid delivery issues.
