Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation process

We process fabric orders carefully and as quickly as possible. Cancellation requests are reviewed based on the order stage at the time we receive your message.

• Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed, cut, packed, or dispatched.
• To request cancellation, contact us immediately at contact@kernadifabrics.com or 7340039302 with your order number and contact details.
• If your order has already entered processing or dispatch, cancellation may not be possible.
• If a cancellation is approved before dispatch, any eligible refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

Refund eligibility

• Refunds are considered for damaged items, verified manufacturing defects, or incorrect products delivered by us.
• Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, packaging images, and the order number.
• Refunds are not available for cut-to-order fabric, custom orders, or issues caused by misuse, alteration, washing, or delay in reporting.
• Minor color variation due to photography, screen settings, or natural textile variation is not treated as a defect.

Refund timeline

Once a refund request is approved after review, Kernadi Fabrics will initiate the refund within 5 to 7 business days. The final credit timeline may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment partner.

Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate order and delivery details at checkout.
• Review product descriptions, unit information, and fabric details before ordering.
• Inspect the parcel promptly after delivery and report issues without delay.
• Keep all original packaging and proof of delivery until the issue is resolved.
