Cancellation Policy
At Kernadi Fabrics, we aim to keep every order process clear, fair, and dependable. This page explains when cancellation requests can be accepted, how to request a cancellation, when cancellations may no longer be possible, and how refunds are handled once a cancellation is approved.
Cancellation Window
Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order or before the order has been processed for cutting, packing, customization, or dispatch, whichever occurs first. As many of our fabrics are cut and prepared specifically to the customer’s order, cancellation requests cannot be accepted once processing has begun. To request a cancellation,
please contact us immediately with your order number and registered contact details. Approved cancellations will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
If your order is still pending confirmation or processing, please contact us immediately by email or phone with your order number and contact details.

When Cancellation May Not Be Possible
- Once the order has been cut, processed, packed, or dispatched
- For custom-cut, made-to-order, or specially sourced fabric items
- Where the product has been prepared according to customer-specific quantity or handling instructions
- Where payment verification or fraud-prevention review requires the order to remain on hold until resolved
If cancellation is not possible, any further resolution will be handled according to the applicable return, refund, or order support process.
Refund Handling After Cancellation
If a cancellation request is approved and payment has already been received, the eligible refund will be initiated to the original payment method or another appropriate method supported by the payment provider. Processing timelines may vary depending on the bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway.
Any non-refundable charges, if applicable under the order terms or payment processing rules, will be communicated clearly during support review.
